South East Asian Games and Choral Works for the Music Classroom and Choir

South East Asia is a region rich in many diverse styles of music, including game songs that can be adapted very effectively for use in the music classroom or in school choirs. Come and experience songs and games from this colourful region, and learn how to utilize them as teaching tools. Participants will also have a chance to experience Southeast Asian choral works that are suitable for primary and secondary school choirs.

Music from Southeast Asia is active and often involves movement, so get ready to be immersed in both the music and fun activities during the session!
