The Victorian AKC Model consists of a series of lectures spaced across the year to allow for practice and reflection between sessions.

Semester One subjects:

- Practicum
- Materials
Semester Two subjects:
- Musicianship

Students wishing to attain the Australian Kodály Certificate must complete 3 levels in each subject within one stream: Primary, Secondary or Early Childood. The AKC is normally completed over three years.
Kodály Vic Course Payment Policy
Kodaly Vic Courses Payment Policy
To ensure the financial viability of our courses, we budget for a minimum number of attendees. We book rooms depending on the number of attendees who have enrolled and hire extra lecturers when needed. Last minute cancellations can jeopardise the viability of our courses and it is not fair to our lecturers who have spent a lot of time preparing these lectures and workshops.
Non-Refundable Deposit
To secure your place in a course, a non-refundable deposit is payable to Kodaly Vic.
Balance
The balance of your course fees is due before the start of the course.
Enrolment
Places will not be held until the deposit is received by Kodaly Vic.
Course Cancellation
Should Kodaly Vic not receive the required number of enrolments for a course to be viable, we reserve the right to cancel the course. If we cancel a course, all fees will be refunded.
Refunds and course withdrawals
If you notify us of your withdrawal more than two months from the start of the course, a full refund of your deposit will be given. Two months out: 50% refund will be given. Six weeks out: 30% refund will be given. One month out: no refund given.
A $100 administration fee will be retained from all refunds.
No refunds will be given once the course has commenced.
