An informal festival for primary and secondary school and community choirs. We will sing The Dream Keeper together with Guest Conductor Juliana Kay, and then sing for each other, our families and friends in a concert at 6.00pm.
Each choir will sing 2 songs (with exact performance duration dependent on the number of choirs participating.)
The concert will be open to the public and booking details will be provided later.
Combined choirs song:
The Dream Keeper
by Rollo Dillworth
SA and piano
Hal Leonard
You can learn both parts, or primary choirs might prefer just the top part.
Choirs must make their own arrangements to purchase this for themselves.
Standard?
We understand that it is a very challenging time for those running choirs, and our choirs are not all sounding as good as we would like them to be. But they need to perform, and to get some inspiration from hearing others. We are all in the same boat, and will be performing in a supportive and encouraging environment.
